Account Manager Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely billing and collections
Prepare and send accurate invoices to patients and insurance companies
Process payments, track reimbursements, and follow up on outstanding balances
Develop financial reports and cash flow projections for senior management
Assist with budget preparation and expense forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory regulations
Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Manage accounting staff and oversee their training and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2+ years experience in a managerial accounting role
Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software, Excel and financial modelling
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations
