Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Location: Dubai

Candidates should be from shipping or oil trading industry, ideally possessing 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles.

Role will involve following responsibilities:

1) Daily Accounting and Record keeping.
2) Ability to manage 2-3 Accounting books for company and potential subsidiaries.

3) Generating Purchase Order and Sales order.

4) Managing Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables Management.

5) Generating Cash Flow - weekly basis and MIS reports basis Monthly.
6) VAT record and filing for the company.

7) Data Entry and Database Management into Company software – Microsoft Dynamics, Excel.
8) Payment initiation and liaising with Banks.

9) Preparation of Annual Audits and knowledge of IFRS standards are essential.

Skills Required:

1) Knowledge of Oil trading.
2) Accounting.
3) Record Keeping.
4) Microsoft Dynamics – Experience on Dynamics would be a plus.

5) Energetic – willing to work on extended hours.

Salary: 6000 AED -7000 AED.
