Job Specifics:

Job Title: Accounts - Officer
Job Type: Full-time
Office Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of receipts.
Manage cheque processes, including security cheques.
Handle sales returns in accordance with company policies.
Prepare invoices and delivery orders (DO) and ensure their timely dispatch to clients.
Manage HR responsibilities, including attendance, leave requests, vacation handovers, and visa renewals.
Oversee vehicle services, maintain activity logs and expenses, process invoices, and handle vehicle registration and insurance claims.
Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of various company documents.
Procure essential office supplies in a timely manner.
Register new vendors and update information as necessary.
Actively participate in weekly finance meetings.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computers and bookkeeping software.
Exceptional time management skills.
