Beauty Advisor Required in Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Beauty Advisor (Chinese Speaker) to join one of our clients. If you have a flair for providing exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge of skincare products and perfume, and the ability to promote and sell beauty products effectively, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers upon their arrival.
Guide the clients, demonstrate proper use of skin care products and experience in selling high-end perfume.
Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, day creams, body creams, perfume..).
Identify customer needs and recommend skin care products based on their preferences and skin needs.
Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves and replenishment of stock when needed.
Inform customers on prices and special offers of the month and keep an updated clients’ data list.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor/ similar role as a luxury skincare consultant (Additional education in Cosmetology /relevant field is a plus).
Extensive knowledge of skin care products and perfume.
Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus.
Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours.
Fluent in Chinese and English is a must
