Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bus Driver role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Bus Driver will safely transport employees, clients, or materials between company sites and designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the bus is clean, presentable, and fueled, and adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies. The role involves assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed, maintaining orderly conduct on the bus, and reporting any incidents or maintenance needs promptly. The Bus Driver will also keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage, and collaborate with supervisors and dispatch to adjust routes or schedules when required.
Qualifications

Strong bus and truck driving skills, with experience operating commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
Proficiency in defensive driving techniques and adherence to local traffic regulations and safety standards.
Background in driver training or willingness to participate in ongoing training and safety programs.
Excellent customer service skills, including courteous communication and professional interaction with passengers and colleagues.
Valid UAE driving license appropriate for bus/commercial vehicles and a clean driving record.
Familiarity with Dubai roads and routes, and ability to follow directions and schedules reliably.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
Basic literacy and record-keeping skills to complete logs and reports; prior experience in construction or facilities transportation is an advantage.
