Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our Coating Services business. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and devising strategies to increase revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and business development in the UAE with in-depth knowledge of Surface Preparation and Protective Coating Services.

Requirements

8-10 years proven experience in Sales, Business Development Roles
In-depth knowledge of Surface Preparation & Protective Coating Services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in market research and analyzing customer needs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
UAE Driving License

Compensation

Base Salary
Attractive Commissions
