Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to join our team on a project basis. As a freelance BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Develop customized business proposals and presentations to pitch services/products to clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve win-win agreements.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years of Business Development experience in Recruitment and Staffing Industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
