Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

The BDM position is responsible for finding, developing and delivering new sales opportunities across the United Arab Emirates. We are specifically looking for someone with a spark to build mutually beneficial relationships within the commercial real estate sector and with the corporate project management companies who are working on commercial projects.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Find, meet and build long-term relationships with real estate agents who are active in the commercial market, and also with project managers who are working on similar projects.
Maintain appropriate client engagement activity levels at all times
Develop business plan with management for weekly, monthly and quarterly strategic sales objectives
Completing sales activity & opportunity reports, sales order paperwork, as well as maintaining customer contact database
Serves as a liaison between customer service and the customer on all matters
Demonstrate an understanding of our complete offering, including our complete turnkey capabilities, furniture-only supply and our service-led approach.
Explore vertical market sectors including the hospitality, retail, education and healthcare markets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidates will have 3+ years business sales experience in the UAE
· Existing relationships in the commercial real estate sector and within project management companies would be strongly advantageous.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
· Successful track record of planning and execution
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated applications are required
· Must have valid driver’s license, own vehicle and insurance
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
· Aggressive follow-up and closing skills
