Client Services Executive Required in Dubai - Dubai

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the company with the Sales and Charters to achieve their objectives and close deals.
Follow-up on leads that are coming through our campaigns and passing the leads if required.
Make sure all procedures are followed thoroughly in regards to the documentation of yacht, tender and toys sales, transport, customs, registration and sales contracts.
Must check and verify contracts and any documents related to yachts, tender and toys sales to make sure they are according to the agreed terms and amounts and all have been signed properly.
In charge to issue quotes for clients for Tender & Toys and following up for payments if required.
In charge to issue quotes for clients for Charters and following up for payments if required.
Meet charter clients and show the available boats and liaise with the charter companies / boat owners to ensure that the clients are well taken care off.
Responsible for generating weekly or monthly reports requested by the management.
Greet any guests in the Dubai Harbour Office accordingly.
Prepare any materials required for client meetings or client presentations.
Responsible to qualify the leads generated by the Marketing Department.
Adhere to all company procedures and policies and ensure they are respected across all operations conducted by the Sales Department.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in the marine industry is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with working in an ERP / CRM system
Client facing experience required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, with proven ability to optimize both
Highly presentable, capable of discussing with high-net worth individuals !!
Excellent written and communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and limited supervision
Proactive and a self-starter
Arabic or Russian speaking is a plus

Role will involve working with a multicultural team, high-paced environment – must have cultural sensitivity and be able to work under pressure with all nationalities.
