Company Driver Required in Dubai

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers, staff, and/or goods safely and efficiently while ensuring the assigned vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and all UAE traffic regulations are followed.

Job Description

Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
Pick up and deliver documents, equipment, and materials as required.
Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, tire pressure, and other basic maintenance requirements.
Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and vehicle inspections when required.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary.
Immediately report any accidents, vehicle issues, or traffic violations to management.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while transporting employees or clients.
Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts when required.

Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid UAE driving license (Manual/Automatic, as applicable).
Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience in the UAE.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, and navigation systems.
Familiarity with Google Maps, Waze, and GPS navigation.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Good physical fitness and ability to assist with loading/unloading when required.
