Finance Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Job Summary:
To manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations and performing other accounting duties as designed.
Accountabilities:
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable in D365.
Prepare monthly station recharge statements and submit to Senior Officer.
Reconcile and match HO clearing account with outstations.
Reconcile all Balance Sheet Accounts on a quarterly basis.
Update currency exchange rates in D365.
Manage Fixed Assets Registry for the entities.
Process Monthly Depreciation Journal
Prepare Monthly consolidation / control reports - P&L, BS and Cashflow for all entities.
Inter company reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Assist with audits and other compliance requirements such as ESR.
Produce error-free accounting reports.
Prepare prepayment schedule & Process monthly journal entry.
Help create slides on AR/AP.
Manage Vendor Master list on ERP
