Al Mustakbal Veterinary Clinic is looking for a front desk receptionist to join our energetic team.

We are based in Ajman city; our state-of-the-art establishment is fully equipped and the work environment is very friendly.

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at AL MUSTAKBAL VET CLINIC عيادة المستقبل البيطريه located in Ajman. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and performing various clerical tasks.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette, handling emails Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
enter data into the clinic management software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Bilingual in English and Arabic
Prior experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred
