We’re currently supporting a fast-growing international retail and ecommerce brand in Dubai that is looking to hire a highly creative, digitally driven Graphic Designer to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, social-first, ecommerce environment where creativity, performance, and brand identity all go hand in hand.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who combines strong aesthetics with commercial thinking, a designer who not only creates beautiful work, but understands how design performs across ecommerce, CRM, paid media, and digital campaigns.

You’ll work closely with Creative, Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing, and Social teams across both Dubai and international markets.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings fresh ideas and creative variation

• Has strong typography and layout design skills

• Understands luxury and elevated aesthetics

• Can work quickly in a high-output environment

• Thinks beyond execution and contributes creatively

• Understands both brand storytelling and performance-focused design

You’ll Be Working Across:

• Ecommerce creative

• CRM/email campaigns

• Social media assets

• Paid media campaigns

• Product launches and weekly drops

• Brand campaigns and seasonal moments

Bonus Points For:

• Motion/animation skills

• AI-assisted design workflow experience

• Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brand backgrounds

• Understanding of GCC or US markets

This is a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about creative design within fashion and ecommerce.
