Job Description:

Lead culinary team and collaborate with the management in menu development and innovation.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and efficient workflow.
Mentor and supervise kitchen staff, scheduling and training as needed to maintain high standards.
Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation, addressing customer feedback.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff, communicate effectively with management, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
Should have experience in Mediterranean Seafood Cuisine
