HEAD OF STORE Required in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Store to work in a Medical Centre in Sharjah.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic's store, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
Manage inventory, restocking, and ordering of products to meet clinic’s needs and maintain appropriate levels.
Train, lead, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand the requirements and recommend relevant products.
Monitor consumptions trends, analyse data, and develop strategies to optimize store performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for products stored and consumed within the clinic.
Implement monitoring system for the stock level and shelf life
Prepare monthly stock reports / stock aging
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote store products and drive sales growth.
Qualifications

Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or clinic.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of healthcare-related products and their appropriate use is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
