The Hostess welcomes guests upon arrival, manages seating arrangements, and coordinates reservations to ensure smooth table turnover. Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, confirming bookings, maintaining an organized waiting list, and communicating guest needs to the service team. The role also involves providing accurate information about the venue, handling guest concerns promptly, and supporting overall front-of-house operations as needed. The Host/Hostess is expected to maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a warm, efficient, and inclusive guest experience.Qualifications •Work Friday-Saturday- Sunday • experienced in restaurant work
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.
Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling inquiries, coordinating seating, and managing guest interactions.
Experience with Reservations and basic booking systems, including organizing waitlists and maintaining accurate guest information.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail in guest-facing interactions.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
