Housekeeping Supervisor Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and manage housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities

Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff

Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness

Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance

Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role

Knowledge of housekeeping standards and safety procedures

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage a team effectively
