Human Resources Business Partner Required in Dubai - Dubai

The Heart of Europe Hotels, Monaco Hotel Dubai is looking for Human Resources Business Partner

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to understand the company's business goals and objectives. Develop HR strategies and plans that align with the overall business strategy.

· Talent Acquisition: Partner with the recruitment team to ensure that the organization attracts, selects, and hires the right talent. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

· Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.

· Performance Management: Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

· Training and Development: Identify the training and development needs of employees and work with the learning and development team to create and deliver relevant programs.

· Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure that the compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

· Organizational Development: Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and culture development to enhance the organization's effectiveness.

· Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Address issues related to compliance and legal matters.

· Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

· Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.

· Workforce Planning: Anticipate future HR needs and develop workforce planning strategies to address them, including succession planning.

· Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with department heads and managers to understand their specific HR needs and provide solutions that support their goals.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

- Presentable personality
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations especially on UAE Labor Law
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
