Patient Coordinator Required in Dubai - Dubai

EXPERIENCE IN AESTHETIC CLINIC IS A MUST

Manage all incoming clients and any phone calls in a professional manner.
Ensure all paperwork (digital and non-digital) is prepared, recorded, and filled accordingly.
Ensure all Clinic staff are continuously advised and updated on appointments, cancellations and any rescheduled appointments.
Ensure all client information is kept confidential and any sensitive information is protected at all times.
Greet customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment.
Perform any ad hoc duties as required to assist in the daily Clinic operation.
Answer all inquiries related to the clinic services.
Ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided.
Ability to sell the Services and the products is a MUST.
Requirements

At least 4 years of experience working as a client relation executive in a aesthetic clinic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail, and strong planning and time management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Has a great personality – warm, friendly, and outgoing
Must be willing to work in Dubai
Experience achieving and exceeding sales target
