Requirements:

Proficiency in office software and technology.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Preferred: Candidates of Filipino nationality.

Responsibilities:

VIP Support: Provide personalized and discreet support to the VIP, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
Administrative Tasks: Manage the VIP's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the VIP and external parties, including clients, associates, and household staff. Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion.
Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization in both the VIP's personal and professional life, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, making sure all travel plans run smoothly.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and social gatherings, including handling invitations, RSVPs, and catering arrangements.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Household Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the VIP's residence, including managing household staff and ensuring the smooth running of the household.
