The driver will operate company trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring timely and secure transport of materials, equipment, or learners as required by operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, adhering to road safety regulations, and following company policies and procedures. The driver will complete delivery documentation, coordinate routes and schedules with the operations team, and communicate any delays, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly. The role also involves interacting respectfully with clients, colleagues, and the public, representing TMC professionally at all times.Qualifications
• Own visa• Valid UAE driving licence• Strong knowledge of UAE roads and routes• Familiarity with Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations• Punctual, responsible, and well-mannered
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with dispatch and operations staff, and report issues clearly.
Candidates should possess customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, training participants, and partners while representing the company.
Candidates should possess familiarity with basic vehicle checks and safety procedures, including pre-trip inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
Candidates should possess reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail, with the ability to follow routes, schedules, and safety standards consistently.
Previous experience as a professional or commercial driver in the UAE or GCC region is beneficial; knowledge of Dubai routes and logistics operations is an advantage.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete logs, delivery notes, and safety documentation are required.
