Real Estate Accountant Required in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage accounting records for real estate properties and projects.
Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and issue customer invoices and ensure accurate billing records.
Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and payroll reporting.
Calculate, verify, and process real estate agent commissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company commission structures.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank accounts and customer accounts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit processes.
Maintain accurate records of property acquisitions, disposals, and related costs.
Generate management reports and provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records and transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations.
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in payroll processing and invoice management.
Hindi language proficiency is required; English communication skills are essential.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
