About the Role:

We are seeking motivated Real Estate Agents eager to build a successful career in Dubai’s property market. This role involves working closely with clients to help them buy, sell, or rent properties while receiving the necessary training and support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice on real estate opportunities in Dubai
Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and negotiations
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and regulations
Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain a client database
Assist clients with property sales, rentals, and investments, ensuring a smooth transaction
Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams to complete deals
Promote properties through social media, listings, and networking

Requirements:

Dubai real estate experience is a plus
Freshers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is an advantage but not required
