Role Description:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring all activities comply with local real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties
Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and mortgages
Manage client interactions and address their needs effectively
Negotiate deals and ensure compliance with Dubai's real estate regulations
Qualifications:

Real Estate License required
Proven sales and customer service skills
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Driving license preferred
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in Dubai real estate preferred
