Real Estate Analyst Required in Dubai
We are an international recruitment agency, and we are currently looking for an ambitious and qualified person to join a team of the promising, dynamically developing real estate startup.

Requirements:
fluent English;
residence in Dubai for at least 2-3 years and knowledge of the local real estate market;
more than 2 years of work in the following areas: banking analytics, consulting related to development, issuing escrow accounts, or assessing real estate;
knowledge of specialized programs for studying the real estate market (property monitor, property finder, etc.);
desire to develop professionally.

Responsibilities:

market analysis (examples of covering risks for funds, justification of indicators of growth or decline in the value of real estate or development projects);
analysis and search for liquid objects (apartments, real estate);
calculation of the efficiency of land plots;
analysis of a large listing of objects;
development of ideas for comparative analysis.

Conditions:

official employment;
office work format;
work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00 to choose from;
competitive salary (discussed with the successful candidate).
