Role Description:

We are seeking a diligent and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception desk.
Efficiently check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring accuracy in reservation details and payment processing.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes using hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling paperwork, mail, and phone calls.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues satisfactorily.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience as a receptionist; 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
