Recruiter Required in Dubai - Dubai

This position will work for an in-house team within the hospitality sector.

Develop talent pools in source markets like China and other Mandarin-speaking countries.
Create market maps and engage passive talent.
Work with the hiring manager to understand their requirements.
Publish vacancies on the external career section, job boards and agency portals.
Source for candidates in the ATS and job boards.
Approach passive candidates for niche and difficult-to-source roles.
Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for the pipeline.
Screen applicant CVs received through different channels to shortlist for tele-screening.
Administer skill assessments to candidates directly and/or through agencies.
Arrange skill-based tests with candidates directly and /or through agencies for specific roles.
Organize assessment centres.
Lead recruitment trips overseas in different locations as assigned.
Get involved in other projects as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources
Two to five years’ Talent Acquisition in-house or agency
Interviewing
Negotiation
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines
