The role

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai operating across the MENA region. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside a team of experienced recruiters who are specialists in different markets. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be developing client relationships and building an understanding of their niche sector. This will involve making business development calls, organising client meetings, and managing the recruitment process.

We are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a proactive and entrepreneurial nature
Must be a disciplined self-starter who can work autonomously while prioritising multiple tasks
Working well in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities

Key responsibilities

Delivering the end-to-end recruitment process
Provide talent insight and act as an expert in the market
Engage with the client to obtain candidate feedback and actively manage candidates through the interview process.
Build a diverse candidate pipeline by using various platforms, and develop sourcing strategies for pipeline requirements
Identify new business opportunities and continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent
Build and develop existing client and candidate relationships (in-person where possible)
Researching news on the PropTech industry to build knowledge and credibility within the marketplace.
Maintain CRM database and report recruiting metrics as needed.

Required skills and experience

2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the PropTech or real estate industry
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
Solid communication skills, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
