Sales Analyst Required in Dubai -

Responsible for the costing of all CI products, SPAR requests, ordering through suppliers' portals, managing all configuration, checking invoices, inventory reporting analysis, submitting Sales Record Cards, monitoring readiness of shipment and coordinating with logistics teams.

Responsibilities

Complete the total costing of Equipment’s and Material Handling products for all factory order and inventory units
Perform and place orders for Equipment’s and Material Handling products through different supplier’s portals.
Maintain the equipment’s and Material Handling products configuration.
Prepares all required MIS report related to the inventory to support the decision making process.
Coordinate with Logistics team in Head Office and Branches for the equipment delivery.
Handles the office documentation, related correspondence and keep up to date status records.
Support all departmental activities related to policies and procedures updates and development.
Perform other related duties when required.

Product brand & Al-Bahar image

Promote and conduct business professionally in order to protect the integrity of Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.

Company policies & procedures

Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standing instructions and other company policies.

QHSE policy & procedures

Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to maintain a hazard and incident free environment.
Promote awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
2-5 years of experience in sales operation
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
