Sales Development Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Discover New Business Partners: Identify and cultivate new business relationships, with a specific focus on India, Pakistan, and the African Continent.
Drive Sales Targets: Ensure the achievement of sales targets for all business partners, including distributors, agents, and retailers.
Product Presentation: Elevate the presentation of our company's products to maintain a high standard.
Selective Distribution Strategy: Implement a strategic selective distribution plan in collaboration with our partners.
Market Vigilance: Continuously monitor the relevant markets and competitor activities.
Identify Opportunities and Threats: Recognize both opportunities and threats within the selected markets to shape effective strategies.
Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Regional Sales Director MEIA.

Requirements and Personality:

Educational Background: Hold a university degree (B.A. or M.A.) in sales, marketing, business administration, or possess a proven track record in international sales.
Professional Experience: Demonstrate at least 7years of successful experience in international B2B sales.
Customer Engagement: Exhibit expertise in developing, consulting, and enabling customers, partners, and distributors.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the markets in India, Pakistan, and the African Continent is of advantage.
Luxury Industry Passion: Display a strong affinity for the premium and luxury industry and its brands.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and at least one other relevant language, preferably French.
Customer-Centric: Maintain a high level of service and customer orientation.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think and act like an entrepreneur, driving innovation and growth.
Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to travel at least 50% (up to 75%) of the time.
