Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Dubai and is a key position within our Sales team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and developing relationships with new and existing clients, resulting in increased sales. Their duties will include analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, negotiating sales, and collaborating with other teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience and a successful track record in sales, with knowledge of IT products and solutions.
Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a team environment.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
Previous experience working for an IT solutions provider or in a similar industry is preferred.
UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
