Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

The Great Minds Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Design department.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create high-quality visuals across different event requirements. This role is important in supporting our event branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, brochures, proposals, trackers, and overall visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative designs for upcoming events, campaigns, and company requirements.
Create event branding, brochures, prospectuses, social media posts, emailers, banners, proposals, and other marketing collaterals.
Handle design trackers and ensure all tasks are clearly noted, updated, and followed up on.
Ensure all design requests are properly logged with deadlines, assigned owners, and current status.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to confirm requirements, timelines, and pending approvals.
Ensure all designs follow the approved brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with marketing, production, sponsorship, and event teams to deliver design requirements on time.
Adapt designs across multiple formats for digital, print, and social media platforms.
Support with creative concepts, layouts, and visual direction for event campaigns.
Review and finalize artwork to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper formatting before delivery.
Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines across different events.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, with event industry experience preferred.
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience in designing brochures, social media creatives, emailers, banners, and event collaterals.
Ability to manage trackers, organize tasks, and maintain clear status updates.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
