Service Associate (Passport Processor)

Front Office, Shangri-La, Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Passport Processor to join our Front Office team. The successful applicant will be one of the faces of the hotel and assist guests whilst they check-in.

What will you do?

Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism among the team.
Be a point of call for all members, VIP's and Special Attention Guest's.
Work with colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
Remain aware of all fire prevention/safety regulations and ensure that they are adhered to.
Remain aware of all activities within the hotel.
Assist other departments where necessary.
