Tax Manager Required in Dubai

Ensuring adherence with all compliance under the VAT laws in MENA region including computation of tax, payment of tax, filing of returns, filing of statements and certifications.
Analyzing transactional data and validating the correctness of the same to ensure compliance with company policy and VAT laws.
Working closely with multiple teams like accounting, AP, AR, Treasury etc, to improve systems and processes for effective compliance management
Managing tax assessments and audits

and ensuring all documentation required for tax audits and assessment.

Tax Accounting and Reconciliation of tax returns with financial books and tax reports.
Collate data and co-ordinate in relation to tax audit and tax notices.
Supporting business teams and litigation team with accurate and timely data support for current and past periods.
Create process documentation and update them at regular intervals in consultation with relevant stakeholders

Basic qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
