Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients with their building automation systems. The role involves working closely with customers to provide excellent customer support and service.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Analytical Skills and Problem-solving ability
Customer Support and Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of building automation systems is a plus
Experience in the construction or building technology industry is a plus
Degree in Engineering or relevant field is a plus
