Telesales Representative Required in Dubai

We are looking for well-spoken (in English, Russian & Arabic) tele-sales executives to be responsible for pre-qualifying potential clients by outbound calling and using messaging platforms and various apps to know the client. Responsibilities include mastering and using various customized scripts, contacting potential clients, establishing clients’ basic needs and level of interest, scheduling calls/meetings with real estate specialists, reactivating leads for new business and contacting new or existing clients to sell wider group services, documenting all activity and client information within the CRM etc. the tele-sales executive main purpose is to increase overall conversion rates, deliver a best-in-class client experience and make incremental sales of all products and services.

A successful tele-sales executive has excellent organizational and communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be exact in keeping records and managing your daily routine; and able to handle all aspects of communications with clients and generating sales.

* Pre-qualifying marketing and portal leads via various methods to establish their level of interest / intent to buy.
* Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.
* Scheduling and confirming agents first calls/meetings with pre-qualified clients.
* Listening to the client’s needs to generate repeat/referral sales.
* Gathering and documenting all client information using the CRM.
* Keeping up to date on all products and informing clients of new products.
* Answering client’s questions on the products during interactions.

Our requirements:

* Solid 2 years’ experience as a Telesales or Call Center agent preferably in Outbound calls. UAE Real * * Estate experience is highly preferred.
* Excellent Russian, Hindi, Arabic and English communication skill. Multiple languages are advantageous.
* Strong customer service and sales skill.
* Good experience in using different computer systems, CRM and software.
