Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for selling and closing deals over the phone, providing customers with excellent customer service, support, training, and product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns.

Qualifications

Experience in the real estate industry (TELESALES) in Dubai no less than 2 years
Customer service, sales, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
