As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Waiter to join our front-of-house team and help deliver the warm, memorable dining experiences our brand is known for.

Role Description
The Waiter is responsible for providing attentive, professional table service that reflects the Company's commitment to authentic Lebanese hospitality. The role requires strong guest-service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Greet guests warmly, seat them where required, and present menus in line with brand service standards.● Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.● Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, ingredients, and pairings, and confidently upsell food and beverage items.● Maintain consistent table setup, presentation, and cleanliness throughout service in line with brand standards.● Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, clear plates, and address requests promptly.● Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.● Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating to the Restaurant Manager when needed.● Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate order flow during service.● Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.● Support opening and closing side duties, including table resets, restocking, and station cleanliness.● Communicate confidently with guests in both Arabic and English as needed.● Comply with all Company policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and applicable health, safety, and food safety requirements.● Maintain a professional attitude and collaborate effectively with colleagues to support efficient business operations.● Perform any other duties assigned by Management within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
● Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality group.● High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is a plus.● Hands-on experience greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering attentive, personalized table service.● Strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and the ability to make recommendations and upsell confidently.● Ability to follow standardized service sequences, table setup, and presentation standards while maintaining consistency and quality.● Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.● Experience working in a high-volume service environment with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently and handle POS transactions accurately.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a positive team-oriented attitude.● Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken); ability to communicate confidently with guests in both languages.
