Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wait Staff role located in Al Ain. The Wait Staff member will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide recommendations when requested. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, serving food and drinks promptly, and ensuring tables are set, clean, and well organized throughout service. The role also involves processing payments, handling guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the dining area. The Wait Staff member will contribute to a positive team environment and support overall restaurant operations as needed, including preparation for service and closing duties.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
Basic food and beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity, ingredient awareness, and an understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently during peak hours.
Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system skills for processing orders, payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods, carry trays safely, and maintain a professional appearance throughout the shift.
Previous experience in restaurant or café service is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to follow company standards and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
English language proficiency required; additional language skills are an advantage.
