Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Dubai
Reports to: Principal
Position Summary:
The EYFS Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports the development and learning of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The teacher will plan and deliver a curriculum that meets the individual needs of each child, promotes their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, and prepares them for future learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the EYFS framework that promotes learning through play and exploration.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and respected.
Observe and assess each child's development and learning, and use this information to plan further activities and support individual progress.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to support each child's learning and development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development, and use these to inform planning and communication with parents.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and keep abreast of current trends and best practices in early years education.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CACHE Level 3
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early years settings.
Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: 8,500 - 10,000 depending on experience and qualification
