The role holder is responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing business development opportunities across Dubai Design District including both new and current business partner opportunities and providing a seamless customer service experience for business partners that encourages maximum revenue and customer retention & satisfaction across d3

Section III: Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Contribute to the development of the business development strategy, plans and budgets to promote pre- and post-sales and identify business opportunities to achieve the annual sales objectives.
Proactively achieve new & expansion targets through pursuing and continuously identifying markets, segments, and companies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the identification of new value-added business opportunities using innovative concepts and considering changes in the market environment.
Direct lead generation activities, identify and develop potential pre- and post-sale business development opportunities, negotiate major deals with key/anchor target clients, build short term/long term business relationship/partnering to meet tangible objectives and targets for growth, to maximize and sustain revenue, profitability and enhance market share.
Nurture and gain new customers and accounts through efficient networking and negotiations of sales deals in order to build business development opportunities and thereby achieve sales targets in line with business objectives.
Carry out analysis of customer satisfaction results to gear the service and products provided to ensure high customer satisfaction and make recommendation to the management to develop new services and products based on customer (new & existing) feedback and requirements.
Focus on customer service initiatives and develop long lasting relationships with key decision makers, understands and responds to customer needs, tracks, and monitors account activity
Participate in promotional events e.g., road shows, gala dinners, award nights etc. to network with corporate and high net worth potential customers who can be captured as revenue generating customers.
Develop and manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the relevant segment strategic plan; develop the International and Regional segment community and initiate or participate in Segment Associations to grow the d3 community.
Proactively develop new, long lasting business partnering relationship with all new and existing key account holders that will enable to obtain effective and collaborative future opportunities for the vertical in line with the vertical strategy plans.
Maintain good relationships with the relevant business community through assisting marketing department in organizing of networking opportunities, forums, seminars, and customer exposure to ensure that all possible opportunity for business partnering is captured in the best interest of the business thereby increasing potential revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with the relevant internal departments to ensure client requirements relating to billing, visa, fit out, ACs, facilities, security, parking, keys, access services etc. are timely completed.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate degree in Business Management or equivalent

Experience:

6 - 8 years of Business Management experience where both business development and customer service were integral to the role. 2 of those years should be in a managerial role
