Business Development Specialist Required in Dubai

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic business development specialist to join our team. This role will focus heavily on business development for our trading & commercial brokerage business , with the aim of expanding our market presence and client portfolio globally, with a specific focus on Africa and the GCC countries. This is a unique opportunity for a business leader who is passionate about spearheading growth initiatives and working in a diverse, multicultural business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand the company's presence and business operations in Africa and the GCC countries.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners across different continents and industries such as oil and gas, mining, agriculture, and metal.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research in various countries to identify potential business opportunities.
Negotiate and close business deals in alignment with the company's objectives and strategies.
Develop and enhance the company's distributor network in the GCC countries, implementing strategies for partnership growth and profitability.
Spearhead the development of commercial brokerage business processes, including the design and implementation of network forms and procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to launch digital marketing strategies, boosting the company's online presence and increasing brand recognition in target markets.
Utilize digital platforms to connect and collaborate with various businesses across diverse sectors.
Evaluate digital business performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
Participate in the company's communication activities, including crafting press releases, advertisements, marketing collateral, and website content.
Develop and execute e-marketing strategies, focusing on email campaigns to engage potential and existing clients.
Establish customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
Develop and refine sales strategies with the aim of driving revenue and enhancing client satisfaction.
Serve as an information hub for customers, employees, and distributors, providing comprehensive education about our products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience in business development, international business, and commercial brokerage.
Experience in developing business in Africa and managing distributor networks in the GCC countries would be considered an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in international business dealings.
Proficiency in multiple languages would be a significant advantage.
Presentable and professional demeanor, reflective of the company's standards.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, dealing with diverse countries and cultures.
Fluent Arabic, English mandatory ,
Chinese and Russian languages will be considered as advantage.
