Chartered Accountant Required in Dubai

Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is seeking a Chartered Accountant with knowledge of Indian tax laws specifically excise laws to join a team of one of our clients a leading Import & Export company. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a critical role in guiding their financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax laws and experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on Indian tax laws and regulatory obligations
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to inform strategic decision-making
Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits
Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payment and collections
Prepare financial statements and other financial reports for management and external stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A valid Chartered Accountant certification
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and tax planning or compliance
Excellent knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements especially Excise laws
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
