Client Services Representative Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities

Consultation:

· Overcoming client questions & objectives during meetings, emails, or calls
· Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
· Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice stakeholders
· Work with operations team and other internal colleagues to meet client needs

Client Retention & Business Development:

· Achieving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
· Raising the company’s customer base and market segment
· Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
· Implement cross-selling strategies to cater to the evolving needs of existing clients.
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network
· Cold calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

Qualifications

Graduates & Post Graduation in any stream
