Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our marketing team. This role supports design needs across our group of companies, spanning luxury residential and commercial developments and other verticals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury branding, exceptional design skills, and the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms.

The candidate must also be highly proficient in the latest AI-powered creative tools, leveraging them to improve productivity, enhance visual quality, accelerate concept development, and support innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-end creative concepts and visual identities for luxury real estate projects.
Design premium marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social media content, digital advertisements, outdoor campaigns, event branding, email campaigns, and sales materials.
Produce visually compelling assets for project launches, property campaigns, and corporate branding initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams, 3D visualization artists, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
Create engaging visual storytelling that enhances the customer journey and supports sales objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, luxury branding standards, and creative technologies.

AI & Creative Technology Requirements

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflows and visual output, including:

Adobe Firefly
Midjourney
ChatGPT
Adobe Photoshop AI & Generative Fill
Stable Diffusion (preferred)
Runway ML
Kling AI, Veo, or similar AI video generation platforms

The candidate should understand how to integrate AI into the creative process to improve efficiency, generate concepts, enhance imagery, and elevate the overall quality of visual content.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with a real estate developer, property marketing agency, or luxury real estate brand.
Prior experience working within a diverse group of companies or multi-brand environment is a plus.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and print production.
Experience producing both digital and print-ready artwork.
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Motion graphics and video editing experience.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience collaborating with architectural visualization and CGI teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
