We are looking for a creative, fast-moving, and trend-aware Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Dubai.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, understands modern digital design trends, and can create engaging visual content across social media, paid advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.We are looking for a designer who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of producing high-quality work with speed and consistency.You will work closely with our Marketing, Content, and Leadership teams to strengthen our visual communication across all platforms and help maintain a modern, impactful brand presence in the fintech and trading space.
Key Responsibilities• Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid ads, campaigns, and branding• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other digital platforms• Design banners, promotional graphics, landing page visuals, presentations, and other marketing assets• Adapt quickly to new trends, viral formats, and evolving creative requirements• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to execute campaigns effectively• Manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times• Create and optimize performance marketing and advertising creatives• Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, fintech and trading industry visuals, and competitor creatives• Support video thumbnails, motion graphics, and ad creative concepts when required
What We’re Looking For• Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital, advertising, and social media design work• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects• Strong understanding of social media formats and paid advertising creatives• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within fast execution timelines• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy• Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities• Good communication and organizational skills• Basic knowledge of Notion for task management, content organization, and team collaboration is a plus
Nice to Have• Experience in fintech, crypto, trading, or fast-scaling startups• Knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing• Experience designing performance marketing creatives• Familiarity with AI design tools and creative automation workflows• Understanding of user engagement and conversion-focused design
