Customer Service Manager Required in Dubai

Cafu are seeking an experienced manager to evolve our offering into a customer care function which quickly, calmly, and confidently addresses customer issues, showing that service delivery is our highest priority, increasing customer satisfaction, and leading to an increase in sales.

Job Duties:

Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience to troubleshoot processes and procedures and make improvements of customer service quality
Remotely manage our outsourced care operation in Jordan, and facilitate the founding of a North American service
Implement effective processes for customer service representatives to interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat or instant message
Provide training on handling of sensitive customer service issues
Monitor and review processes to identify continuous improvements
Makes regular reports to upper management about department milestones and progress
Hold regular meetings with department staff to discuss expectations and hear team concerns
Plan and maintain departmental budget
Coordinate with the sales department to incorporate plans to increase customer satisfaction
Manage issues with our contracted resources, and any subsequent corrective actions

Skills and Qualifications:

Multiple years' experience managing and leading customer service functions
Third party service management experience
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinker
Proactive problem solver
