Job Title: Heavy / Light Vehicle Driver

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Heavy/Light Vehicle Drivers. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods and/or passengers safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy or light vehicles to transport goods and/or passengers to their destinations.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Load and unload cargo or assist passengers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members.
Follow delivery schedules and routes in a timely manner.
Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license for heavy or light vehicles (depending on the position applied for).
Previous experience as a heavy or light vehicle driver is preferred.
Clean driving record with no history of major violations.
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to handle long hours of driving and heavy lifting (for heavy vehicle drivers).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
