Hotel Supervisor Required in Dubai

A well-established company is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations and assigned departments.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work schedules.
Ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and other departments.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest areas and facilities.
Ensure hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
Assist with staff training and onboarding.
Monitor supplies and report shortages to management.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important issues to management.
Handle operational problems and coordinate solutions promptly.
Support management during busy periods and special events.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of hotel management systems.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage.
