Deluxe Holiday Homes is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Department. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our growing team.

You will drive all aspects of recruitment, from understanding hiring needs to developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and extending offers.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a positive candidate experience that aligns with our brand and values.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records.
